19.1. A person may not, in a ZEC, carry on a recreational activity forming part of a recreational activity development plan unless that person has paid the fees required.

19.1. A person may not, in a ZEC, carry on a recreational activity forming part of a development plan approved by the Minister in accordance with section 106.0.1 of the Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife (chapter C-61.1) unless that person has paid the amount of fees fixed under that provision.
